Fit to Be A Rat: Plump Beginnings

The sign above me says "Walk 10,000 steps a day" At the rate I'm going, I think I'm only doing 100, max 1000 steps every 24 hours--that's bloody disgusting.

*cackles* I could lay out all the other reasons why I should lose weight (Yes, I'm talking about my ever supportive brother and boyfriend, constantly reminding me how I can be a good model for cooking oil if they don't want to sell it...the bastards.) for now I would stick to the most important: my health. My back seems to be protesting more frequently, constantly reminding me of scoliosis (Actually fitting into my clothes only comes second).

Yosh! So to summarize this campaign:

I'm falling in love with Picnik's user friendly and portable photo editor :3 This is called vanity while allowing myself to have a reference should change happen within the next two months. The latter rationalization is a big FAT lie btw.
The Goal:
Lose 8lbs.
Replace excess body fat with muscle focusing on increasing flexibility and stamina. 
Substitute empty calories with healthy alternatives *cringes*

Time:
2 months

Restrictions:
Yo-yo dieting must be avoided at all costs.

Now, off to add some steps to get to today's goal.

With that impossibly difficult endeavor in mind, as i am never a fan of discipline, I leave you with a grumbling stomach and a hearty appetite (I am not sure what that is supposed to mean)
