Fit to be a Rat Week 2: Cerebellum Wars

Been in a slump for the past 3 days,
asking myself  "what do I write?"

And like usual, my other cocky, pseudo-omniscient self with that annoying calm facade answered: "the truth"
Why do we all give such hard advice?!

I don't know what to write. I don't have any grand, world-peace inducing thoughts that is clearly worth reading. I do have a couple of rants you might want to hear about -- in case you're in to that sort of thing. haha, I guess not.

Last week was a simple mind over matter issue. Having to conquer brains with your body is an entirely different issue. I know I don't have a lot of readers except for a few bored facebook friends (peace guys! hailabyu! :D) so the feeling that no one will commit suicide if they miss an entry (not that I want anybody to) just fuels the desire to not to push myself on the cold restroom floor to spit out a word or two. So I guess that's what this week is about:

Holding on.

To what, to whom? It doesn't matter. Just find the points of light that makes you go on no matter how pointless it is.

Here's an interesting read about routine and the magic it helps create
What's that? you hate routine? Oh really, then Haruki Murakami must be doing it wrong then. Let me read your book sometime.

For me to start exercising, i usually

*play an addicting game from www.y8.com

*have a cup of coffee/tea before starting
UCC - The Blend 117 Instant Coffee 3.52 Oz. or Stash Premium Moroccan Mint Green Tea, Tea Bags, 20-Count Boxes (Pack of 6)

*put my trusty bandana on

*start exercising after putting Katy Perry's album on.
Teenage Dream

*visit rat in the hat to jot down accomplishments/observations.

This leg of the project wasn't all that melodramatic.
Towards the end of the week right after stretching, I tried stretching my back and bent to a perfect bridge! (well, not really perfect. But you're not there so you can't disagree)It was a momentous occasion, my brother would be proud **sniffsniff** the bad part is, Fuji, my camera's batteries won't charge. They're just a month old! I hate you Akari  :(

Squeaky Summary:

*Weight Watch: <---I uh. Ate a lot during Easter so I gained. Can I answer this next week? :p
*Added planks (30sec-1min) per set. I find that I really sweat more with this
*Increased stretches by 10 more minutes
*Flexibility: +2 for being able to do a bridge and move around.
*Stamina: +1 for cardio run
*bloating has ebbed a bit and there is a significant increase in perspiration

Reminders:

*Burn what you eat. If you don't where do they go?

Take that brain!

All Brawn,
IceArt
